Pop-up bar return success!

The sun managed to stay out for the return of our pop-up bar at the Streatham Festival, so we had a beautiful balmy evening to accompany the tasting of our new range of exclusive wines.  These included 2 new sparkling wines from J & L Charlemagne – the MCXXI (1921) and the Chardonnay Brut.

These two divided the crowd on their preferred bubbles with the MCXXI (1921) more akin to a traditional champagne, persistent bubbles with a long delicious finish, where the Chardonnay Brut is very fresh with aromas of toast and bitter almond.


What an amazing event – we had so much fun meeting old and new friends.  People spilled out onto the pavement to carry on drinking into the night and Perfect Blend’s Perfect burgers went down a storm, big thanks to head chefs Sebastien Gagnebe and Pascal Bishop.
