• The promoter of this free prize draw is Hix and Buck of address 23 Kingslea, Leatherhead, Surrey KT22 7SN
• Entrants must be 18 years or over and be UK resident (excludes Channel Islands and Isle of Man) for tax purposes.
• Employees and/or agents (and their respective immediate families) of Hix and Buck, or any associated company, are not eligible to enter this free prize draw.
• The winner of the free draw will be drawn from a pool of registed users on the Hix and Buck site. Each such entry being an “Eligible Entry”.
• The winner shall be the first Eligible Entry drawn by Hix and Buck.
• The prize is for one bottle of the wine of the month to be chosen by Hix and Buck. The prize is not transferable and there is no cash alternative, or other alternative prizes offered
• The winner will be formally notified in writing within 7 days of the closing date.
• Hix and Buck’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
• Entrants using a name and address other than their legal name and usual residential address, will be disqualified from receiving the prize.
• The entrants’ personal information will be kept confidential, but may be used to make arrangements for award of the prize and to verify compliance with these rules. Hix and Buck may pass details on to its service providers and agents only for the purposes of sending the winner the prize on Hix and Buck’s behalf.
• Entrants are deemed to have accepted these rules by entering the free prize draw.
• The free prize draw is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
