A unique sparkling wine made in the traditional method, from 99% Chardonnay, but with the added ingredient of 1% XO cognac lending it the flavour of a very good champagne. The excellent vintage is warm and rounded, with the aroma of rich, buttery cognac revealed through the bubbles.

Chosen by channel 4's The F Word series 5, diners and celebrities were served this bubbly before dinner throughout the series. This delicious dark salmon pink coloured wine is a blend of Cabernet, Merlot & Chardonnay and is well balanced with a hint of roasted hazelnut and plum.

This 100% Chardonnay has fabulous aromas of exotic fruit and green apples with a long finish. It is well balanced and ideal both as an aperitif or with fish, white meats and goats cheese.

This award winning wine is 100% Grenache, produced from old vines.

This ruby coloured red wine is 100% Merlot. It has delicious forest fruit aromas and is bursting with flavours of blackcurrant and cherry fruits with a long finish. It is a perfect wine to drink alone or accompany your Sunday roast.

The Cuvee Ferdinand is a stunning blend of 40% Syrah, 40% Grenache and 20% Carignan. It has been matured in oak barrels for 12 months and has a subtle flavour of vanilla and thyme. This wine is delicious drunk on it's own or as an accompaniment to duck or wild boar.

The Tokaji Aszú is a blend of Furmint, Hárslevelű and Muscat made from hand-picked botrytised grapes. It is an explosion of engaging and intense aromas ideal for desserts, as an aperitif and can also accompany a meal. It has an extraordinary potential to age for 50 years.

The Vinturi wine aerator is fast becoming the wine connoisseur’s accessory of choice. Its elegant and ingenious design ensures that the perfect amount of air is mixed with the wine as it is poured directly into the glass, delivering a developed bouquet, enhanced flavours and smooth finish.

The special variety of olive is “Nocellara del Belice” and it’s a DOP certified. It grows only in the south west area of Sicily (Belice Valley). Considered one of the finest variety of italian olive, it presents a brilliant green color with golden highlights. A nose of artichoke aroma, tomato, fruity hints and basil.
